 We currently have career opportunities for a Senior Consultant. In this role, you will work with our other

 team members to help our clients to solve their complex financial and accounting issues and meet their

 unique needs. Working in consulting is much more fun than in audit or industry - no administrative or

 boring routine tasks or pushing paper. Give it a try and you will be very happy with the results. Just in

 couple of months you will wish you had made this move earlier.

  Responsibilities

 • Research accounting and financial reporting questions

 • Prepare draft research memos for Partner/Manager review

 • Perform specific accounting tasks, e.g. calculate stock based compensation expense or

    draft a financial statements disclosure

 • Timely communicate status and potential issues to Partner/Manager

 • Deliver outstanding client service through excellent quality and timely execution

 • Build strong client relationships

  Requirements

 • 3 to 5 years of work experience, including experience in a public accounting firm

 • Degree in accounting, finance or related field

 • Good technical accounting knowledge

 • Experience in researching accounting and financial reporting questions

 • Good written and verbal communication and Microsoft Office skills

 • Strong client relationship skills

 • Teamwork is key, but should also be able to work independently

 • Experience in drafting financial statement disclosures

 • CPA license preferred​

 We currently have career opportunities for a Sr. Manager and Manager. In this role, You will work with our

 other team members to help our clients to solve their complex financial and accounting issues and meet

 their unique needs. Being a Manager or Sr. Manager at Acilon is way more exciting than working in audit

 or industry. You will truly be in charge of projects and client relationship while getting all of the support

 needed. We focus on a client service and do not spend hours pushing paper.

 Responsibilities

 • Research and propose solutions to accounting and financial reporting questions

 • Understand and anticipate client needs

 • Supervise, coach and lead the engagement team members

 • Deliver outstanding client service through excellent quality and timely execution

 • Build and strengthen client relationships

 Requirements

 • 5+ years of work experience, including experience in a public accounting firm

 • Degree in accounting, finance or related field

 • Strong technical accounting knowledge

 • Experience in researching and writing technical accounting memos

 • Excellent project management skills

 • Advanced written and verbal communication and Microsoft Office skills

 • Strong client relationship and leadership skills

 • Teamwork is key, but should also be able to work independently

 • Experience in preparing and/or reviewing SEC filings

 • CPA license preferred

 • Experience and knowledge of Technology and Life Sciences industries preferred
