ChargePoint made a very quick decision to go public via a SPAC merger and we had little time to prepare for it. To succeed in that we had to assemble the best team possible in the short time. We decided between one BIG4 firm and, based on a recommendation, Acilon and Acilon turned out to be our best decision: They have no long independence process: We started with them within 24 hours.
